About me

BACP member and trained bereavement counsellor

I am a passionate humanist and I have been fascinated by storytelling throughout my life.

Having worked in communications within the non-profit sector I have been able to explore how stories influence behaviours around the world.

I was drawn to qualify as a counselling and psychotherapy professional after experiencing the healing power of talking therapy myself.

We are so often a slave to our internal narrator, always convinced that this inner script is our absolute truth and it can be hard to break free from the stories we tell ourselves.

How I work

As a humanistic integrative therapist, I focus on creating a collaborative space.

This safe space allows you to explore the different parts of yourself and to reimagine the narratives that compel you to behave and feel in sometimes counterproductive ways.

The process of therapy isn’t always easy and can take time but through a joint commitment to the work, the journey can be transformative.
